Payment and Deposits

Credit or debit cards have no surcharge.

To process your limo reservation, we require your credit card information. Please note that no reservations will be processed without valid credit card information.

Limousineservice.pl will make pre-authorization on your credit card as a guarantee. Payment may be made prior to or after completion of service: cash, credit card or bank transfer. We issue VAT invoice.

Your booking may be subject to additional charges (ex. waiting time, parking, highway tolls, entrance fees, meals and accommodation for chauffeurs out of the Warsaw or Cracow district).

Hourly charges (As Directed) include 50 km allowance per each full hour unless stated or agreed otherwise.

Transfer charges includes 1 hour rent.

National holidays and night surcharge (applies from 22:00hrs to 06:00hrs) of 20% on the above prices.

Price includes: Passenger insurance, English speaking chauffeur, free InCar hotspot internet WiFi, mints, water, car rental and fuel.

Not included: Parking, highway tolls, entrance fees, meals and accommodation for chauffeurs out of the Warsaw or Cracow district, gratuity (option 10%) and tax (8% VAT).

The price quoted and paid for is the final price based on the information provided at the time of the booking without any unexpected costs unless there is a deviation from the route or any additional journeys undertaken during your trip and explicitly reqested or authorised. This shall be notifed by email: info@limousineservice.pl

The charge on your credit card statement will be shown as Windstar Travel and The Limousine Service.

Personal data are protected and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Limo Reservation is free. However, if you cancel your reservation limo will be less than 12 hours before arrival or in case of no-show customer at an agreed location, the booking will be charged 50% of the unused amount of the contract, but not less than the price of one transfer. In the case of rent for weddings, booking fee is not refundable.If you want to cancel your reservation or limousines, please contact us at: info@limousineservice.pl

If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Limousineservice.pl request a minimum of 12 hours notice for any online bookings during normal office hours.

If you would like to book a car with less than 12 hours notice – Please call: +48 22 635 3000.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances outwith our control.

The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

By supplying your email address you permit Limousineservice.pl to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.

If there are any changes or variations including extra km to the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

Limousineservice.pl’s vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Limousineservice.pl shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

Limousineservice.pl will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

Limousineservice.pl and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

Limousineservice.pl maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles. The charge for non-compliance is €500.00 

Nothing contained in these terms and conditions can affect the Client’s’ statutory rights.
